Once the goods are sold, there is no refund or exchange
If you encounter a shortage of goods?
After receiving the order, we will process the customer’s order immediately. If there is a shortage of your goods, we will send an email or Whatsapp message to notify. You can choose to change the same amount of other goods or arrange a refund.
Return or exchange of goods with quality or other issues
After receiving the goods, the customer finds that the goods have quality or other problems. We sincerely apologize for this and we hope to get your understanding. Please contact us by email or Whatsapp to process the replacement application. Customers must send the original documents and the goods to Dowell- Beauty Fo Tan office for replacement within 7 days.
**Note that the complete package must be kept before exchange your goods**
(Each order can only be exchanged once, no refund service is provided)
